Getting Started

System requirements

Make sure your device meets the following requirements:

  • iOS: 15.0 or higher
  • Android: 12 or higher
  • Storage: at least 250 MB available
  • Internet connection: required for
    • account creation and management,
    • downloading airplane models and updates,
    • syncing data,
    • weather data (METAR and TAF),

Creating an Account / Signing In

An account is required to use the app.

Signing In

You can sign in using:

  • Email and Password – enter your credentials and tap Login.
  • Google – tap Continue with Google.
  • Apple – tap Continue with Apple.

If your credentials are incorrect, an error message will be displayed.

Forgot your password?

  1. Tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check your inbox and follow the reset link

Creating an account

  1. Tap Sign-Up from the Sign In screen
  2. Enter your name, email, and password
  3. Tap Sign-Up

You may receive a verification email. Follow the link to activate your account.

Password requirements

Your password must include:

  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character from ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? ” ! @ # % & / \ , > < ’
  • Minimum 6 characters
